Aaron Greco

My name is Aaron Greco, I am a CT State Middlesex student hoping to further my education by gaining an AAS in Digital Media. I plan to get my electrician's license after attending MXCC in order to increase my versatility. My goal is to get a job in the A/V or Broadcast industry doing live productions and permanent installations. I have always loved electronics/electricity, and I spend most of my time outside of school working with my different amplifier rack setups, putting up speakers, fixing broken stage lights, and creating light shows for my holiday displays (blueorchardlights.com). Most of my experience comes from my time at Middletown High School as the president of the TV studio. Over the course of my High School Career, I created multiple mobile streaming setups and worked with audio mixers, switchers, DMX lighting, etc. in the TV studio. I handled nearly all of the live streaming at the school, and worked for the Athletic Department streaming all the major sports (almost nightly) during the fall and winter seasons. As graduation neared, I was consulted for new studio equipment at Beman Middle School, and a complete upgrade to the MHS TV studio. To this day, I still work for the district every few weeks doing either audio mixing or live streaming for BOE meetings, concerts, etc. I currently do freelance A/V and commonly do video or live streaming for churches and synagogues, as well as security camera and network infrastructure installations.
